I began using 3d home design software in 1995, it revolutionized the way I worked..
Being a home builder it allowed me to design homes the way I wanted, i was able to spot problem areas, minimize waste, and streamline the designs, to solve problems BEFORE construction even began.
I designed every house I built digitally in 3d and as a result had a clear vision of the projects for myself and all the contractors involved.
Now technology allows us to build out and present construction projects like never before. Although I am no longer a builder, I still offer design, plan, and consulting services to the public.
Our Process

We sit down with our clients and review their ideas. Sometimes the client will submit a line art drawing to us to convey their own design ideas, other times the client wants us to help develop the design. We can take your design from a scribble on a napkin all the way to finished plans, 4k images, 4k video, and beyond.

We can do web meetings online, or meet in person, which ever best suites the situation.

We will then design the home and submit it to the client for review. This review will include some lower resolution imagery and basic plan drawings.

We then consult, making real time changes with the client, until we arrive at the desired layout and style.

After the design is locked in, we begin the plan drawings and high resolution visuals.

ALTERNATELY, if a client just wants to see the plans they already have we can rapidly model the existing plan for visual purposes, and VR presentations.

Your designs can be uploaded to the cloud for remote viewing on any PC, tablet, or phone.

You or anyone you choose can do virtual walk throughs at anytime.
